Health & Fitness with RSOP

As a UMD employee, you're eligible to join the Recreational Sports and Outdoor Program (RSOP), offering access to a wide array of facilities including free weights, cardio equipment, basketball courts, a swimming pool, and so much more. Membership extends beyond facility access, including group fitness classes, personal training, and special events.

Options for membership include annual enrollment through payroll deduction, with sign-up available at the start of the fall semester, or more flexible monthly or semester passes at discounted rates.
